1/2 part Cherry Liqueur
1/2 Squeezed Grapefruit
1/2 Squeezed Lime
1/2 part Honey

Shake with ice and courage – it is grace under pressure. Inspired by Ernest Hemingway’s famous quote.
Strain into chilled coup. Garnish with grapefruit wrapped in lime peel and a sprig of mint.
