I’ve been playing around with flavour combinations a lot more than usual. With Spring in the air it’s encouraging me to think of more delicate flavours. I remain hopeful but no matter the temperature, this little tipple is delicate and delicious. Sip and enjoy. ?

20ml Bianco Vermouth
15ml Prosecco Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
5ml rehydrated dragon fruit
Tonic
