The BEET goes on

The gin boom has opened up a plethora of new recipes, showcasing this juniper spirit. I certainly have been enjoying playing around with it’s versatility and all the difference types of gin out there. Including adding veggies. Yes, even beetroot.



100ml Beet Juice 

15ml Lime juice 

15ml Lemongrass Syrup

15ml Vermouth Rosso

50ml Gin

Dashes of Blossom Bitters 


Egg white

Garnish: Carnations 

Shake to the rhythm of that Saturday beat. Add Ice and shake some more. 

Strain into glass. Garnish with blooms.
